Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. You can manage up to 25 active clients with the core QiOffice workspace and no credit card. Pro is $49 per month and removes QiOffice usage caps from normal product entities.
Is QiOffice only for massage therapists?
No. Setup adapts intake and documentation for massage therapy, bodywork, acupuncture, coaching, movement, personal training, esthetics, and other solo wellness practices.
What can clients do in the portal?
Clients can book and manage visits, complete forms, review invoices and receipts, manage payment methods, use packages and gift cards, see shared resources, and update communication preferences.
Can I move from another system?
Yes. QiOffice keeps client and practice data tenant-scoped and exportable. Assisted bulk migration is not yet automated, so migration scope should be reviewed before moving live records.
Does QiOffice replace every tool today?
It already covers the core practice workflow. Live calendar OAuth, native telehealth, insurance billing, and native mobile apps are still on the product roadmap, so choose based on the workflows you need now.
